A birthday party with the North Peace Gymnastics Club includes:

15 minutes before the party for setup
60 minutes of supervised free play in the gym for the birthday boy/girl and 11 party guests
30 minutes in our private party room for you to do cake, snacks, gifts, socializing, etc.
30 minutes back in the gym to finish the party with supervised free play (Parents are asked to clean the party room during this time.)

Please note that:

The trampoline is closed for birthday parties.

Cost:

$150 for members (Families with a child currently enrolled in a program at our facility) *The discount will automatically be applied at the check out.
$175 for non-members (A family with no children currently enrolled at our facility)
The above fee covers the birthday child and 11 guests. You can have additional guests up to a MAX of 16 kids total. It's $10 per additional child past the 12th which will be invoiced to you after the party. 16 kids is the MAX allowed at a birthday party. This number is counting anyone 18 months old to 17 years old. Babies and adults are not counted in the number previously mentioned.

Payment:

A $50 deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining fee is due 1 week before your party. *Choose pay by installments at check out for this to apply to your invoice OR you can choose to pay the full amount upfront.

Waivers:

The Birthday waiver link will be emailed to you.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation more than 48 hrs in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellation 48 hrs or less will receive a refund minus the $50 deposit. No shows will forfeit the full payment.
